• Reviewing the business plan and strategy to determine appropriateness for a crowdfunding campaign, valuation for the campaign, and minimum target
• Preparations, advice of presentation and introductions to the major crowdfunding platforms to increase the likelihood of being accepted for a place on a platform
• Upon acceptance by a crowdfunding platform, providing a commitment to a substantial “cornerstone” investment from CCL Advisors Limited
• Advising and assisting in preparing crowdfunding campaign documents and materials
• Assisting the company through the platform verification due diligence/verification process
• Advising the company throughout the crowdfunding campaign to answer questions that occur from the platform and prospective crowd investors
• Providing a non-executive director to advise and assist during and post crowdfunding.
